I had a lovely stay over Christmas! The location is super convenient, just a quick drive to shops and attractions. I loved having a spacious room with a back door, perfect for letting my dog out safely. The staff were friendly and helpful too, making the experience even more enjoyable.

The room did show signs of age, with some worn furniture and a few maintenance issues. The shower setup was a bit tricky, and there were some cleanliness concerns. I think with some updates and attention, it could be a real gem!

The personnel were very pleasant and gave us loads of advice. The location to a grassed area bordered by bush was good for us. Besides, it was really close to Rockhampton in the past 15-20 years and the resturant.

The setting was odd.

Climate control, multi-channel television and a microwave oven in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. Great view to swimming pool. Nice and lovely location just next door to onsite restaurant, town Centre of town for the Rockynats Car Show, and massive trucks hurtling down the road all night long; easy check-in. Also, on northern outskirts...

I had a good stay, particularly appreciating the wonderful database features that made my experience smooth. The room's small fenced area was a fantastic bonus for my dog, allowing him to roam off-lead and relax comfortably after a long car journey. the proximity to the pool was perfect for a refreshing dip, and being just meters from the Bruce Highway made our travel seamless.

One minor downside was the extra cost associated with the pet-friendly area. While I understood the reasoning, it would have been nice for it to be included in the overall stay price.

not much hot water wasn't able to fill bath for spa cause there was no hot water after 5 min of filling Not much privacy from the pool to road area Rooms don't look like they do on the internet

The fridge was a health hazard, crammed with old food, and the whole place reeked. It was so bad, we had to ask for a refund and leave immediately.

the dog-friendly atmosphere was fantastic, and we loved having access to a small fenced yard for our pup. checking in was a breeze without the hassle of excessive rules. plus, the off-street parking was spacious, which made it easy for us to manage our trailer. ordering room service for dinner turned out to be a great choice too—delicious meal!

Nothing to write home about 🤷‍♂️.

the room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable place to relax. the fenced courtyard was a hit with my dogs, allowing them to enjoy the outdoors safely. despite the main road's proximity, it was pleasantly quiet. i appreciated the great water pressure in the shower and how easy it was to walk my pets in the grassy areas around the hotel.

Staff v pleasant to deal with

Decore bit tired etc but room clean, and relatively cheap - you can look past that. The biggest criticism is that the tv was too small. A big screen covers a multitude of sins!

The staff were warm and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. Our room was clean, and having a small fenced courtyard for our two small dogs was a fantastic touch.

Had a comfortable stay for one night, everything was great. The room was spacious with great facilities when upgraded. Location: the hotel was just off the coast as well as town Centre of town.

The twin room provided fantastic facilities including a microwave oven, electric kettle, and refrigerator, making the stay very convenient and comfortable.
